In fashion, a warehouse mistake costs double: the wrong size triggers a return and also damages the brand's image. Apparel logistics has its own challenges: many size and color variants per style, packaging that is part of the experience, and a return volume far higher than in other sectors. In this article we review three fulfillment providers relevant to fashion brands in Spain, plus an alternative for brands that prefer to run their own warehouse.
A fashion 3PL is an external logistics provider that stores a brand's catalog, prepares orders (picking and packing), delivers them to the end customer and handles returns, controlling stock at SKU level: each combination of style, size and color.
How we built this comparison
We ran each option through the five questions a fashion brand asks itself before outsourcing its logistics:
- Accuracy: how does it avoid shipping the wrong size or color, and how does it control stock by variant?
- Brand experience: can packaging be customized?
- Returns: how does it handle reverse logistics?
- Operating model: does it run its own warehouses, coordinate third parties, or is it software you implement yourself?
- Coverage: in which countries does it have warehouses?
1. Amphora Logistics

Amphora Logistics is a Spanish 3PL provider specialized in ecommerce fulfillment, with fashion as one of its main sectors. According to its corporate website, it works with more than 500 brands from over 100,000 m² of its own warehouses in Spain, Italy, Poland and the United States, and runs them directly, without subcontracting operations.
Its fashion logistics page explains how it works with the sector: every item is scanned and verified by barcode during order preparation, stock counts are done with RFID technology, and picking uses automation and AI to group orders. Inventory is tracked in real time. Its fashion clients include Ölend, Five Four Five, Molis, One Dilemma, Team Heretics, Fake Gods and Mindtraveler BCN.
The 3PL service includes custom packaging for each brand, full tracking from shipment to return, and a specialized Account Manager who commits to replying in under 24 hours. Its management software (OMS and WMS) is proprietary. As third-party recognition, Amphora was named in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Spain 2026 as first place in the Growth category and winner of the Cleantech category.
Best for: growing fashion brands that sell in Spain and other European markets (and the US) and want the same provider to control both the technology and the handling of every garment.
2. Logisfashion

Logisfashion is the most experienced apparel specialist on this list. It is a Spanish logistics provider founded in 1996 by three IESE students, headquartered in Barcelona and focused on omnichannel supply chain solutions for fashion and lifestyle (Modaes; Armstrong & Associates). It serves both ecommerce and physical retail, with a mixed 3PL/4PL model.
Its network spans Spain, Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Panama) and Asia (China, Hong Kong). Sources give different figures depending on how centers are counted, between around 12 operational locations and 27 logistics centers, with more than 400,000 m² in total (Fulfill.com). For some services it acts as a 4PL, coordinating other providers instead of always operating from its own warehouse.
Best for: established, high-volume fashion brands with omnichannel distribution (stores and online) and a presence in Latin America. Outside Spain, its coverage in mainland Europe is more limited than that of providers with their own network in several European countries.
3. Bigblue

Bigblue is a French ecommerce logistics startup founded in 2018 in Paris, which arrived in Spain in February 2022 (Marketing4eCommerce). According to its website, it runs a network of 9 warehouses and more than 80,000 m² in France, Spain, the United Kingdom and Germany.
For fashion, its website highlights garment-specific storage options (hanging rails, pallets, shelving), as well as personalized unboxing, branded tracking and returns with exchange or credit options. One nuance of its model: according to GXO's press release (May 2023), GXO has provided Bigblue's e-fulfillment and warehouse logistics services in Spain since 2022 and in France (Tigery) (Logística Profesional).
Best for: digitally native fashion brands focused on France and strongly centered on the unboxing experience. If you want the company handling your garments to be the same one you sign with, ask which centers Bigblue runs directly.
4. Alternativa: gestiona tu propio almacén con Atenea, la Suite Logística de Amphora

Not every fashion brand wants to outsource. If you already have a warehouse and a team, the alternative is to give them logistics-operator technology. Amphora's Logistics Suite, Atenea, is exactly that: the platform Amphora built "for brands that run their own warehouse". It is the same software Amphora uses to run its own warehouses for more than 500 brands, now in your team's hands.
It covers the entire operation with four modules: warehouse management (WMS), order management (OMS), shipping management (WES) and returns management (RMS). In fashion, that means real-time inventory, with every unit registered by SKU, batch and supplier. On top of that, every item is validated before the parcel is closed, picking is organized by volume, product type and turnover with automatic routes, and every return is scanned and put back into its stock location automatically (Amphora's WMS). According to Amphora, it lets you prepare orders up to 4 times faster.
Two more advantages. Its prices are public: from €200/month (up to 1,000 orders a month) to €1,150/month (up to 8,000 orders, multi-warehouse and three integrations), with installation and training from a one-off €800, specialized support included and a custom Enterprise plan (Logistics Suite pricing). And unlike a pure software vendor, there is a 3PL behind it: if your brand decides to outsource tomorrow, Amphora can run your logistics in its warehouses without you changing systems.
Best for: fashion brands with their own warehouse and team that want to leave spreadsheets and the store back-office behind, with a clear price from day one and the door open to outsourcing as they grow.

For a fashion brand, the choice depends on its stage and its markets. Logisfashion is the most experienced apparel specialist, especially for brands with volume, physical stores and a presence in Latin America. Bigblue stands out in unboxing for France-focused brands. And Amphora covers both paths with a single provider: if you want to outsource, it runs your logistics in its own warehouses in Spain, Italy, Poland and the US, with verification of every garment, branded packaging and a dedicated Account Manager. And if you'd rather keep your warehouse, Atenea gives your team the same technology, with public pricing and without closing the door to outsourcing later.
Before deciding, ask each provider for its picking error data, how long it takes to process a return and put the garment back into stock, and a dashboard demo using your own size and color variants.
